SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety, health, and workers’ compensation initiatives across our fulfillment network. You will report to the Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement and drive a strong safety culture while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of safety, compliance, or risk management in a multi-site setting.
• OSHA familiarity and safety best practices; CSP/CHMM certifications preferred.
• Experience leading distributed teams and safety programs.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or fulfillment environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive company-wide safety programs across all fulfillment centers.
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and corrective action plans for OSHA compliance.
• Promote proactive safety culture through education and accountability.
• Oversee workers’ compensation claims, reporting, and carrier coordination.
• Analyze claim data and present trends to Senior Leadership.
• Manage Safety Supervisors and coordinate cross-site safety efforts.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Maintain compliance documentation in collaboration with HR.
