SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety, health, and workers' compensation initiatives across our fulfillment network. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement and requires overseeing safety programs, audits, and incident investigations across multiple locations.

The position is remote with travel to fulfillment centers; location preference near Atlanta, GA. A strong safety background in a multi-site operation and CSP/CHMM certifications are highly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• 5+ years of safety/compliance/risk management experience in multi-site operations.
• Current OSHA knowledge and preferred CSP/CHMM certifications.
• Strong communication, analytics, and project management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or fulfillment centers.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement company-wide safety programs, policies, and training.
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions for OSHA compliance.
• Promote proactive safety culture through education and accountability.
• Partner with operations and product teams for hazmat handling and storage.
• Oversee workers' compensation claims, reporting, and carrier coordination.
• Analyze claim data to present risks and opportunities to leadership.
• Directly manage Safety Supervisors at fulfillment locations.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Support investigations into safety incidents with timely documentation.
