Job summary

SupplyHouse.com seeks a Safety Manager to lead safety, health, and workers’ compensation initiatives across our fulfillment network. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement and drives OSHA compliance, incident prevention, and safety training across all locations.

This remote role will travel up to 40% to fulfillment centers and collaborate with operations and HR to maintain compliance documentation, update safety protocols, and foster a strong safety culture aligned with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• 5+ years in safety/compliance/risk management in multi-site fulfillment/logistics.
• OSHA CSP CHMM certifications are required or current.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regs and workers’ comp laws.
• Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement company-wide safety programs across fulfillment centers.
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions for OSHA compliance.
• Promote proactive safety culture through education and engagement.
• Oversee workers compensation claims handling and carrier coordination.
• Collaborate with HR to maintain compliance documentation and reporting.
