Job summary

SupplyHouse.com is hiring a Safety Manager to lead safety, health, and workers’ compensation across our fulfillment network. The remote role involves traveling to centers about 40% of the year, with a strong emphasis on building a robust safety culture and regulatory compliance.

You will drive audits, incident investigations, and policy development while coordinating with HR, operations, and insurance partners. A Bachelor's in a relevant field plus 5+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (OH&S, Environmental Science or similar).
• 5+ years of safety/compliance/risk management in multi-site fulfillment/logistics.
• OSHA knowledge and safety best practices; CSP/CHMM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement company-wide safety programs across all fulfillment centers.
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and corrective action plans for OSHA compliance.
• Promote proactive safety culture through education, engagement, and accountability.
• Oversee hazardous materials handling and ORM-D compliance with Safety Team and Product Catalog.
• Manage workers' compensation claims, reporting, and carrier coordination.
• Analyze claim data and trends to present risk insights to Senior Leadership.
• Support case managers and escalate complex safety incidents as needed.
• Collaborate with insurance brokers during renewal cycles.
• Ensure fulfillment operations adhere to federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Maintain compliance documentation with HR and reporting standards.
