SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Safety Manager to lead our safety, health, and workers' compensation initiatives across a multi-site fulfillment network. You will implement programs, ensure OSHA compliance, and drive a proactive safety culture in a remote role with occasional travel to centers.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years of safety leadership experience, and CSP/CHMM certifications.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of safety, compliance, or risk management experience in multi-site fulfillment/logistics.
• OSHA, CSP, CHMM certifications; strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workers' comp laws.
• Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills.
• Leadership experience managing distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own and implement safety programs across all fulfillment centers, including driver safety.
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Promote proactive safety culture through education and accountability.
• Partner with operations and product catalog teams for safe handling of hazmat materials.
• Oversee workers' compensation claims, reporting, and carrier coordination.
• Analyze claim data and present risks/opportunities to Senior Leadership.
• Support escalated investigations and ensure timely resolution and documentation.
• Direct Safety Supervisors and enable cross-site collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
