Job summary

SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety, health, and workers compensation initiatives across our fulfillment network. This fully remote role reports to the Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement and offers travel to fulfillment centers as needed.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Occupational Health and Safety and 5+ years of multi-site safety experience, with CSP/CHMM certifications and strong OSHA knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• 5+ years of safety, compliance, or risk management in multi-site logistics.
• Current OSHA certification and CSP or CHMM preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or fulfillment center environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement company-wide safety programs and training across all centers.
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and corrective action plans per OSHA standards.
• Promote proactive safety culture through education and accountability.
• Manage workers' compensation claims and carrier coordination.
• Oversee hazard identification and root-cause investigations.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local safety regulations.
