Job summary

SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety, health, and workers' compensation initiatives across its fulfillment network. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement and oversees safety protocols, audits, and corrective actions.

This remote position prefers proximity to Atlanta, GA, with travel to centers as needed. The ideal candidate has ~5+ years in safety within logistics, holds OSHA knowledge, and CSP/CHMM certifications, and is ready to drive a strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• ~5+ years of safety, compliance, or risk management experience in multi-site fulfillment or logistics.
• Current OSHA certification, CSP or CHMM preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, workers' compensation laws, and safety best practices.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or fulfillment center environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead company-wide safety programs, policies, and training across all fulfillment centers, including driver safety.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments, drive corrective actions to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Foster a proactive safety culture through education and accountability.
• Collaborate with Operations and Product Catalog teams to handle and store hazardous materials properly.
• Manage workers' compensation processes, claims, and carrier coordination.
• Analyze claim data to identify risks and present insights to Senior Leadership.
• Support case managers and act as escalation point for complex claims.
• Ensure fulfillment operations comply with federal, state, and local safety regs.
• Oversee investigations into safety incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• Direct Safety Supervisors across locations and promote cross-site collaboration.
