SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety, health, and workers' compensation across our fulfillment network. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement and emphasizes OSHA compliance and injury prevention across multiple sites.

The remote position travels to fulfillment centers as needed, with a preference for proximity to Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities include audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and cross-team safety collaboration to uphold

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in safety/compliance/risk management in multisite settings.
• Current OSHA/ CSP/ CHMM certifications or equivalents.

Responsabilidades

• Own and implement company-wide safety programs, policies, and training across all fulfillment centers, including driver safety.
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and corrective action plans to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Promote proactive safety culture through education and accountability.
• Manage workers' compensation including claims handling and carrier coordination.
• Analyze claim data to identify risks and report to leadership.
• Oversee safety at multiple locations and coordinate with safety teams.
