Job summary

HealthMark Group is seeking an Agile Program Director to lead SAFe ARTs, facilitate PI Planning, and drive continuous improvement. You will partner with Product and Engineering to ensure backlog readiness, manage risk, and promote transparency across the program.

The role requires hands-on coaching of Scrum Masters and leaders, strong SAFe discipline, and a data-informed mindset to improve flow and predictability in a remote healthcare data environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Agile delivery with program-level facilitation or coaching.
• Experience facilitating PI Planning and ART-level ceremonies in SAFe.
• Proficiency with ART Kanban, ROAM risk management, and flow/predictability metrics.
• Proficiency with Agile ALM tools (Azure DevOps, Jira) and virtual collaboration platforms.
• Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PI Planning events, ART synchronization, and program demos.
• Manage flow, transparency, and reporting for the ART using SAFe metrics.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure backlog readiness and alignment.
• Support DevOps/CALMR practices and Continuous Delivery Pipeline maturation.
• Coach Scrum Masters, POs, and leaders in Lean-Agile practices and Built-In Quality.
• Ensure regulatory/compliance awareness in healthcare settings when applicable.
