Job summary

Dynata is seeking an Agile Coach to enable and govern the PI process and to develop Release Train Engineers who operate the Agile Release Trains. You will drive SAFe adoption across Product, Engineering, and Operations and act as a servant leader to teams and leadership to improve delivery flow and business value.

Responsibilities include PI planning governance, program-level metrics, and cross‑team ceremonies, with a focus on continuous improvement and alignment to business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field with emphasis on software delivery or organizational transformation.
• Minimum of two active SAFe or Agile certifications (SAFe RTE preferred).
• Experience leading software teams at the program level (5–8 years) and coordinating multiple teams (2+).

Responsibilities

• Govern and enable the Dynata PI process across programs, ensuring SAFe-aligned delivery standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop Release Train Engineers responsible for operating Agile Release Trains.
• Serve as a servant leader and transformation catalyst for Product, Engineering, and leadership teams.
• Ensure quarterly alignment between business and technology through PI Planning readiness and execution.
• Establish program-level performance standards and monitor dependencies, risks, and delivery against PI objectives.
• Provide advisory support to stakeholders, surfacing risks and improvement opportunities.
• Coach leaders, product managers, and teams on agile principles and scaled delivery, ensuring governance standards.
• Maintain program-level artifacts such as Program Boards, PI Objectives, dashboards, and dependency tracking.
• Support organizational change and help teams mature in agile practices.
• Evolve Dynata’s agile operating model toward portfolio strategy and business value alignment.
