Job summary

Synergis is seeking a Release Train Engineer to lead Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in a SAFe environment. You will facilitate PI Planning, remove impediments, and ensure alignment across product management and development teams in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 5+ years in Agile environments, SAFe knowledge, and strong facilitation and communication skills. You will guide Scrum Masters and Product Owners and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Agile environments.
• Deep understanding of SAFe principles and Agile frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate ART events (PI Planning, I&A, System Demos, ART Syncs).
• Remove impediments, mitigate risks, and resolve dependencies across multiple teams.
• Ensure alignment between product management, architects, and development teams.
• Oversee execution of ART commitments and drive continuous improvement.
