Job summary

ModMed is seeking a dynamic Technical Program Manager / Release Train Engineer to lead our Agile Release Train (ART). This role orchestrates quarterly PI Planning, facilitates ART ceremonies, and bridges engineering, product, and business stakeholders to optimize value flow across traditional SDLC and AI/ML lifecycles.

You will mentor scrum teams, drive cross-team alignment, implement metrics and dashboards, and partner with senior leadership on roadmaps and capacity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading an Agile Release Train (ART).
• Strong collaboration with engineering, product and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and facilitate all ART ceremonies, including PI Planning, ART Syncs, Inspect & Adapt, System Demos.
• Coach scrum teams to deliver PI objectives with measurable business impact.
• Drive cross-team alignment with Product Management, Engineering and Architecture.
• Translate Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives and communicate across the organization.
• Optimize the flow of value across the ART and manage risks, dependencies and impediments.
• Apply SAFe and DevOps practices and mentor teams in their adoption.
