Job summary

Dynata is seeking a Release Train Engineer to lead the Agile Release Train across programs, coordinating PI Planning and the ART operating rhythm to ensure predictable delivery of business value. You will guide SAFe adoption, coach cross-functional teams, and manage program-level dependencies and risk.

In this remote USA-based role, you will drive continuous improvement, support the PEMs and PMs, and collaborate with the Agile Chapter to align dashboards, metrics, and roadmaps for multiple ARTs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Graduate-level education in Agile Project Management, Organizational Transformation, or related disciplines is preferred.
• Minimum two (2) active SAFe / Agile certifications (SAFe RTE preferred).
• 5+ years leading software delivery programs.
• 2+ years coordinating multiple teams at the program level.
• Minimum 3 PI Planning events facilitated or co-facilitated in any prior context.

Responsibilities

• Own the ART operating rhythm end-to-end including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, PO Sync, ART Sync and System Demo.
• Coach PEMs, Tech Leads and Product Managers on SAFe operating model and continuous improvement.
• Maintain Program Board as truth source for PI commitments; manage cross-team dependencies and risks.
• Facilitate Inspect & Adapt and drive improvement backlogs into next PI.
• Report ART health and metrics; collaborate with Chapter peers and cross-ART initiatives.
