Job summary

Healthmark Group is seeking an Agile Program Director to serve as a servant leader for the Agile Release Train (ART). The role focuses on facilitating PI Planning, enabling flow, and driving relentless improvement in line with SAFe guidelines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Agile delivery with program-level facilitation
• Proven experience enabling PI Planning and ART ceremonies in SAFe
• Strong ability to coach Scrum Masters and team coaches
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate PI Planning, ensuring readiness and alignment with PI Objectives
• Lead ART Syncs to surface dependencies, progress and impediments
• Coordinate System Demos and Inspect & Adapt workshops
• Manage and improve the Program Kanban, flow, and predictability metrics
• Assist with budget and delivery reporting for transparency
• Coach leaders and teams in Lean-Agile practices and SAFe principles
