Placements24 is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to drive recruitment for rapidly growing SaaS companies. This fully remote role requires strong self-management, communication, and planning skills to attract and hire top talent across sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success.

You will partner with client teams, advise on market trends, build employer brands, and optimize the candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Formación

• 5–7 years of talent acquisition experience in SaaS/tech.
• Proven track record in developing and executing full-cycle recruitment strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for SaaS providers.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions from entry to leadership roles.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and executive teams.
• Source and engage passive and active candidates using advanced techniques.
• Develop robust talent pipelines for sales, engineering, marketing, and operations.
• Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Advise clients on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights.
