- Proficiency with ATS and virtual collaboration tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of remote recruitment professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for complex and executive-level searches.
- Drive business development to expand the client portfolio and foster long-term partnerships.
