• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience implementing SaaS platforms and integrations.
• Knowledge of API integrations using Postman and APIs.
• Experience with Excel advanced features.

Responsibilities

• Gather customer requirements and implement configurations in EHS Insight.
• Serve as technical point of contact for the client’s project team and configure EHS Insight to their needs.
• Diagnose, debug, and document issues in the platform.
• Conduct integration planning demos and meetings with customers.
• Provide ongoing customer support to meet needs across multiple accounts.
