Job summary

Ministry Brands is seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify leads, outreach to prospective clients, and set up meetings for Account Executives. You will be a key contributor to the early sales funnel, driving pipeline through outbound and inbound activity.

The role requires 1+ years in telemarketing or inside sales, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

1+ years of telemarketing or inside sales experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Microsoft Office / Teams experience and basic CRM familiarity.
Ability to achieve at least 18 SAO per month.
Comfort working in a general office environment.
Domestic travel up to 5% may be required.

Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads, reach out to prospective clients, and set up meetings for Account Executives.
Develop pipeline through outbound research and multichannel outreach (email, phone, social).
Schedule product demonstrations for interested prospects.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to drive targeted demand generation campaigns.
Maintain CRM with activities, forecast, and reporting.
Respond to inbound leads and log activities in CRM.
