Job summary

Nivoda, the fast-growing global diamond and gemstone marketplace, is hiring a remote European SDR/BDR. You will handle inbound leads, run outbound sequences, and book demos for the AE, using a high-velocity, multi-channel approach.

The role requires 1–3 years in SaaS sales, excellent English and German, and CRM discipline. Flexible hours, remote work, unlimited holidays, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a SaaS or tech-sales SDR/BDR role with a transactional, high-volume motion.
• Killer on the phone and crisp in writing; 60–80+ meaningful touches a day.
• Process-driven: cadences and CRM hygiene.
• Coachable and resilient; uses rejection as data.
• English and German proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads within SLA and convert to booked demos.
• Build outbound sequences against retailer lists and personalise at speed.
• Qualify buyers by type, volume, intent and timeline.
• Book, confirm and protect the demo, reducing no-shows.
• Keep the CRM immaculate with every touch logged and dispositioned.
• Share learnings on objections and messaging that land.
