Boardwise GmbH is seeking a proactive sales professional to drive outbound campaigns from a fully remote setup. You will identify European targets, engage decision-makers, and book meetings for our Account Executives, shaping our European outbound motion.

In this fast-paced role, you will maintain accurate CRM data, contribute ideas to improve outreach, and develop quickly with clear targets. English fluency and persistence are essential in a performance-driven environment with growth

Qualifications

• Native-level English (C1/C2) in spoken and written communication.
• Ambitious, performance-driven with clear targets.
• Comfortable with cold calling and proactively approaching new prospects.
• Thrive in high-activity environment with persistence through rejection.

Responsibilities

• Run structured outbound campaigns via cold calls.
• Independently identify target companies and key decision-makers across Europe.
• Generate qualified leads and book meetings for our Account Executives.
• Support preparation and follow-up of customer meetings.
• Maintain accurate CRM data in HubSpot and document interactions.
• Contribute ideas to improve lead generation and outreach across European markets.
