Job summary

Copeland is seeking a Business Development Manager, SaaS Solutions, to drive new software revenue across US accounts. You will own the SaaS pipeline, perform outbound outreach, and work with Sales Managers to close complex enterprise opportunities.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of quota-carrying software or SaaS sales experience.
• Proven new-business hunting with outbound prospecting and market research.
• Experience winning net-new business in accounts with no prior software relationship.
• Strong pipeline development, qualification and forecasting abilities.
• Experience preparing enterprise proposals and tender submissions.

Responsibilities

• Own SaaS pipeline generation and forecast accuracy across accounts and territories.
• Prospect into new and underdeveloped accounts, including outbound outreach.
• Manage full sales cycle from engagement to contract execution.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify software opportunities and targets.
• Build ROI and total cost of ownership cases for energy savings and optimization.
• Structure commercial proposals and counsel customers on digital journey and optimization.
