Job summary

AgencyBloc is a leading provider of agency management solutions for life and health insurance agencies. As a Sales Engineer, you will be the technical backbone of the sales process, delivering product demonstrations and translating customer needs into clear solutions.

You'll partner with Account Executives to address technical questions, build demo environments, and stay current on our AMS+ suite. This role is remote-first within the US and offers a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales engineering or related customer-facing technical roles
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience with SaaS products and CRM platforms

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored product demonstrations for the AMS+ suite
• Identify prospect needs and align demos to pain points
• Answer questions on functionality, integrations, data security, and implementation
• Create and customize demo environments reflecting client use cases
• Support proof-of-concept engagements and trials
• Translate complex technical concepts for agency owners and staff
• Act as liaison between Sales, Product, and Engineering
• Stay current on AgencyBloc product and insurance landscape
• Maintain internal demo scripts and sales collateral
