AgencyBloc is seeking a Client Support Specialist to assist customers with questions and challenges related to AgencyBloc's product suite. You will communicate across channels, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training to help clients navigate workflows and best practices for their day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in software support or life/health insurance, a customer-first mindset, and comfort with learning new tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software support or life/health insurance industry.
• Strong communication and problem-solving with a customer-first mindset.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a product expert on AgencyBloc's suite of products.
• Enhance client relationships by delivering engaging, solution-oriented support.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance and brief training sessions via web meetings, phone, live chat, video and email.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally; collaborate with internal teams as needed.
• Proactively help clients adopt features and maximize product usage.
• Meet or exceed department metrics for client satisfaction, efficiency, and revenue impact.
• Offer feedback on processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and one-on-one meetings with Manager & Director.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and company objectives.
