SpyCloud, Inc. is seeking a Renewals Specialist in Austin to own the renewals process from start to finish, building quotes and purchase orders, and driving revenue through timely renewals.

You will work with the Customer Success team to review historical needs and ensure data accuracy in CPQ. The role requires 3+ years in sales/account management or related fields, familiarity with SaaS, and Salesforce experience.

Competenze

• 3+ years of professional experience in sales, account management, customer success, finance, or a related industry.
• Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.

Mansioni

• Own the renewals process from start to finish.
• Execute all phases of the renewal lifecycle, including notifying customers of renewals, building quotes, and closing renewal opportunities.
• Drive revenue by facilitating commitment and follow-through on securing payment from customers.
• Work in CPQ, ensuring completeness and accuracy of data and processes.
• Review historical customer needs and the current landscape with Customer Success Management.
• Create renewal quotes and purchase orders that follow company guidelines and expectations.
• Maintain a razor-sharp focus on renewal dates with proactive metrics to ensure timely renewals.
• Communicate and follow up directly with customers as needed.
• Escalate opportunities when needed and work toward optimal solutions.
• Report renewal metrics to CS Management and VP, Customer Success.
