Job summary

Alpine IQ is seeking a seasoned Renewal Specialist to own the end-to-end renewal process for a book of AIQ customers. You will collaborate with Customer Success, Partnerships, Sales, and Finance to identify risk, negotiate terms, and secure on-time signatures in a fully remote environment.

You will drive churn mitigation, forecast renewals in HubSpot, and grow accounts by identifying upsell opportunities during renewal windows, while documenting best practices to shape our renewal playbook.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a dedicated SaaS renewals role with ownership of a renewal book.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of renewals and multi-year agreements.
• Proven churn mitigation experience and ability to identify at-risk accounts early.
• Experience multithreading across organizations to reach decision makers.
• Experience managing high-volume accounts and contracts with accuracy.
• Hands-on CRM experience to manage pipeline and forecast renewals.
• Clear communication and ability to explain pricing and terms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end renewals for an assigned book of accounts and drive on-time signatures.
• Multithread accounts to reach decision makers and economic buyers.
• Negotiate pricing, multi-year terms within guidelines and escalate when needed.
• Identify and mitigate churn with save plans and risk signals.
• Maintain HubSpot pipeline weekly with stages, dates, and risk notes.
• Identify upsell opportunities during renewal windows.
• Coordinate with Finance and Billing on invoicing and contracts.
• Track renewal rate, GRR/NRR, churn reasons and share insights.
• Help build renewal playbooks and templates with best practices.
