Job summary

Workiva Inc. is seeking an Associate Renewals Manager to manage renewals for existing customers, focusing on on-time renewals and strong service across the quote-to-cash cycle.

You will coordinate with Sales, Accounting, Legal, and Customer Success to execute renewal strategies. The role requires SaaS renewals experience, excellent time management, and the ability to work from home; travel up to 10% may be involved.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience in SaaS sales or renewals.
• High school education or higher.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and SaaS business model.
• Ability to work from home and self-direct scheduling.
• Strong time management and territory management skills.
• Force Management training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support existing programs to maximize revenue and resolve contract issues.
• Coordinate with Account Managers to pursue subscription opportunities and resolve issues.
• Identify at-risk accounts and develop plans to close renewals.
• Demonstrate Workiva products to create customer belief they must have them.
• Lead the renewal sales process to a close with understanding of competitive landscape.
• Review and validate installed base reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to pursue renewal opportunities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to grow the business.
• Update CRM tools in a timely manner.
• Provide forward-looking information through pipeline analysis.
• Plan and execute sales strategy to complete renewals and maximize profits.
• Prioritize selling activities and follow through.
• Communicate with accounts likely to increase subscriptions.
