Workiva Inc. seeks an Associate Renewals Manager to steward existing customers, renew subscriptions and services on time, and drive value across the quote-to-cash cycle.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Accounting, Legal and Customer Success to coordinate renewal strategies, analyze installed base, and push opportunities to closure while maintaining strong relationships.

This role offers remote work from anywhere in the United States, a target earnings plan (OTE) and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience in SaaS sales or renewals.
• Basic knowledge of accounting.

Responsabilités

• Support existing programs to maximize company revenue and resolve customer-related contract issues.
• Coordinate subscription opportunities with Account Managers and resolve issues hindering relationships.
• Uncover accounts at risk and develop plans to mitigate and close them.
• Present Workiva products to create customer belief in their necessity.
