Job summary

Workiva, Inc. is seeking an Associate Renewals Manager to renew subscriptions and services, manage a book of business, and coordinate across Sales, Accounting, Legal, and Customer Success to drive renewal strategies.

You will support renewal programs, identify at-risk accounts, and lead renewal opportunities with a customer‑centric approach, including collaboration with internal teams and maintaining CRM data. Remote-friendly role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• 1 year of related SaaS sales or renewals experience.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting.
• Basic knowledge of SaaS business model.
• Ability to work from home and be self-directed.
• Excellent time management and territory management skills.
• Force Management training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support existing programs to maximize revenue and resolve contract issues.
• Coordinate renewal opportunities with Account Managers to maintain relationships.
• Identify at-risk accounts and develop plans to close renewals.
• Present Workiva solutions to customers based on needs analysis.
• Lead the renewal process and demonstrate Workiva's value proposition.
• Review and validate installed base reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to pursue renewals.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to grow the business.
• Update CRM regularly with pipeline information.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to complete sales and optimize profits.
• Prioritize selling activities and follow through promptly.
• Communicate with accounts likely to increase subscriptions or XBRL services.
