Job summary

Workiva Inc. is seeking an Associate Renewals Manager in the United States to renew subscriptions and services while coordinating with Sales, Accounting, Legal, and Customer Success to drive renewal strategies.

You will manage renewal opportunities, identify at‑risk accounts, and lead the renewal process to closure, maintaining strong customer relationships and accurate CRM data. This remote role includes up to 10% travel for internal meetings and trainings.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience in SaaS sales or renewals.
• Basic knowledge of accounting.
• Basic knowledge of Software as a Service business model.

Responsibilities

• Support existing programs to maximize revenue and resolve contract issues.
• Coordinate subscription opportunities with Account Managers and resolve issues.
• Identify at‑risk accounts and develop plans to bring them to closure.
• Lead renewal sales process to a close and demonstrate Workiva’s value proposition.
• Update CRM with pipeline and forecast information.
