Qualifications
- Account Manager or similar commercial role with SaaS renewals experience.
- Knowledge of the cyber security landscape, especially Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
- Strong contract negotiation and renewal skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive renewals and own the renewal process for key accounts.
- Protect and grow existing revenue through retention strategies.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
- Lead negotiations for renewals and expansions with legal/finance alignment.
- Stay informed on industry trends to advise clients effectively.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing on account plans.
- Track renewal rates, upsell success, and account health with data.
