UpGuard is seeking an Account Manager to own renewals and revenue growth within a portfolio of key cybersecurity-focused accounts. You will lead renewal negotiations, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate across sales, CS, and marketing to maximize client value.

The role requires strong SaaS renewal experience, knowledge of the cyber security landscape, and a data-driven approach. Remote-friendly with a focus on retention and strategic account management.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Account Manager or in SaaS renewals roles.
• Solid understanding of the cyber security landscape, especially TPRM.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and renewals.
• Strategic thinking with a focus on account growth and risk mitigation.
• Data-driven decision making with a focus on renewal metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own renewal processes for a portfolio of key accounts.
• Protect existing revenue and identify renewal risks early.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
• Lead contract negotiations for renewals and expansions.
• Stay informed on industry trends to advise clients effectively.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing on account plans.
• Track renewal rates and upsell success to inform strategy.
