UpGuard in Seattle is seeking an Account Manager to drive renewals and protect revenue in a SaaS environment. You will own renewal processes for key accounts, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with sales, CS, and legal teams to secure favorable terms.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, strong negotiation skills, and a commercial mindset, with an appetite for AI-enabled tools to optimize client growth and risk management.

Qualifications

Commercial experience in account management or SaaS renewals.
Strong understanding of cyber security/TPRM is a plus.
Proven negotiation skills for contracts and renewals.
Ability to think strategically about account growth and risk.
Data-driven decision making to protect and grow revenue.

Responsibilities

Drive renewals for a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring timely and successful contract renewals.
Safeguard existing revenue and identify risks before they impact the business.
Collaborate with sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Lead renewal and expansion negotiations with legal/finance for favorable terms.
Monitor market trends and client needs to inform recommendations.
