Job summary

UpGuard is seeking an Account Manager to own renewals and drive revenue growth within key accounts. You will coordinate with sales, customer success, and marketing to maximize value and retention across a growing client base.

You’ll leverage cybersecurity knowledge and a commercial mindset to negotiate contracts, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure clients realize ongoing value from our CRPM platform.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial background with SaaS renewals experience.
• Experience as Account Executive or in renewals is preferred.
• Knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Drive Renewal: own renewal process for a portfolio of key accounts.
• Revenue Retention: safeguard existing revenue and address risks early.
• Revenue Expansion: identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with sales.
• Contract Negotiation: lead renewals and expansions with legal/finance input.
• Market Insights: track industry trends and client needs to advise.
• Collaboration: align with sales, customer success, and marketing.
• Reporting & Metrics: monitor renewal rates and account health.
