UpGuard is seeking an Account Manager to focus on renewals, retention, and revenue growth within our key accounts. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure clients derive ongoing value from our CRPM platform and to identify expansion opportunities.

The role emphasizes strategic account management, renewal negotiations, and collaboration across sales, customer success, and marketing to drive client value and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in SaaS renewals and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the cyber security landscape, especially Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
• Experience negotiating contracts and renewals with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the renewal process for a portfolio of key accounts and ensure timely renewals.
• Identify risks to revenue and implement retention strategies.
• Collaborate with sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Lead contract negotiations for renewals and expansions with cross-functional teams.
• Stay informed on industry trends and client needs to drive value.
