Job summary
UpGuard is seeking an Account Manager to focus on renewals and revenue growth within a portfolio of key accounts. You will own the renewal process, collaborate with Sales, Legal and Finance to structure favorable agreements, and ensure clients gain ongoing value from our CRPM platform.
The role requires a strong commercial background in SaaS renewals, cybersecurity knowledge around Third-Party Risk Management, and a data-driven mindset to track metrics and identify expansion opportunities.
Qualifications
- Commercial experience in SaaS renewals or revenue growth.
- Strong cyber security knowledge, especially in TPRM.
- Proven negotiation abilities.
- Strategic thinking for account growth.
- Data-driven decision making.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with adopting AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Renewals ownership for a portfolio of key accounts.
- Retain revenue and proactively identify risks.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
- Lead renewal and expansion negotiations with stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and client needs to drive value.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success and marketing teams.
- Track renewal rates and account health to inform strategy.
