Job summary

GiveCampus is seeking a Partner Implementation Specialist to own the end-to-end implementation of GC Gift Officer with partners. You will guide onboarding, training, and adoption, building strong relationships through in-person interactions and ongoing support.

You’ll travel up to 50% for partner meetings and onsite sessions, helping scale the SaaS platform while improving onboarding experiences and partner success across campuses.

Qualifications

• SaaS, customer success, onboarding or operations experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for partner meetings and training.
• Strong organizational skills with ownership of timelines.
• Comfort with data analysis and reporting using spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation for new partners from setup to adoption.
• Travel to partner campuses to lead in-person training and set up relationships.
• Support day-to-day GC Gift Officer operations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Gather partner feedback and suggest onboarding improvements as the business scales.
• Manage timelines, track early product usage, and communicate progress.
• Monitor product adoption and plan actions to improve engagement.
