Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation for new Partners from setup to onboarding and adoption.
• Travel to Partner campuses to lead in-person training and build relationships.
• Support day-to-day GC Gift Officer operations, streamline processes and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Gather Partner feedback and identify pain points; propose onboarding improvements.
• Manage implementation timelines, track early product use, and report progress.
• Monitor product adoption post-launch and plan interventions to boost utilization.
