Job summary

Campfire seeks a Partner Enablement Specialist to ensure external partners can deliver Campfire standards with the same reliability as internal teams. You will adapt internal onboarding into partner-facing training, build bootcamps, materials, and ongoing support to keep partners accurate and self-sufficient.

This execution-focused role requires delivering live sessions, creating written/video materials, and coordinating across teams to align on partner training needs as the product evolves.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in implementation, customer success, or training/enablement.
• Excellent ability to explain technical configuration steps to external audiences.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to own a certification pipeline and track progress.
• Comfortable running live sessions (bootcamps, workshops) and producing written/video materials.
• Execution and delivery focus; scale existing content rather than designing from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scheduled Partner Bootcamps by adapting internal onboarding for partners.
• Own the partner certification process: assessments, tracking, certifications per rubrics.
