Job summary

EHS Insight, a StarTex Software brand, is hiring a Customer Success Implementation Specialist to translate customer requirements into effective configurations within the EHS Insight platform. You will learn the configuration language, work with APIs, and customize reports and fields to meet client needs.

The role emphasizes strong communication, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple customer projects under general supervision.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL Server queries, XML, JSON and JavaScript.
• Experience with APIs and calling them via Postman.
• Advanced Excel skills (functions, macros, pivot tables).
• Able to work analytically in problem solving and to communicate clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized with good time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and teams.
• Experience supporting SaaS-based software and customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert and help improve the platform.
• Gather customer requirements, determine best solution, implement it.
• Serve as technical contact and configure EHS Insight per client needs.
• Diagnose, debug, and document platform issues.
• Provide timely responses to high priority tickets and incidents.
• Work with limited supervision and exercise initiative.
• Assist clients in understanding API usage and setting up roles/modules/reports.
• Conduct demos and meetings on integration planning and configuration.
