Job summary

EHS Insight, a StarTex Software brand, is seeking a Customer Success Implementation Specialist to translate customer requirements into working configurations in our EHS Insight platform. You will onboard new clients, configure custom fields, formulas, and reports, and learn the proprietary configuration language using JavaScript, XML, and SQL.

This role requires strong communication, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple customers with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL Server queries, XML and JSON, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of APIs and how to call them using Postman.
• Advanced Excel skills (functions, macros, pivot tables, etc.).
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert and work toward improving the platform.
• Gather customer business requirements, determine the best solution, and implement it in EHS Insight.
• Act as the technical point of contact and configure EHS Insight to client needs.
• Diagnose, debug, and document issues in the platform.
• Provide timely responses to high priority tickets and incidents.
• Work under limited supervision with latitude for initiative.
• Respond to customer inquiries through FreshDesk.
• Assist clients in understanding the API and setting up roles, modules, reports, and more.
• Conduct demos and meetings regarding integration planning and configuration.
