Job summary

EHS Insight, a StarTex Software brand, is a remote-first SaaS company seeking a Customer Success Implementation Specialist (CSIS) to onboard and support customers. You will configure the platform, create custom fields, and write reports using a mix of JavaScript, XML, and SQL, while learning the proprietary configuration language and leveraging APIs via Postman.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL Server queries, XML, JSON and JavaScript.
• Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, etc.).
• Able to solve problems analytically in a SaaS environment.
• Understanding of APIs and web-based SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert and work toward improving our platform.
• Gather customer business requirements, determine the best solution, and implement it in EHS Insight.
• Act as the technical point of contact for the client's project team and configure EHS Insight to their needs.
• Diagnose, debug, and document issues in the platform.
• Work under limited supervision with considerable latitude for personal initiative.
• Respond to customer inquiries through our ticketing solution, FreshDesk.
• Conduct demos and meetings regarding integration planning and configuration.
