Job summary

Paylocity is hiring an Implementation Project Manager Ops to coordinate projects on time and within budget for a fully remote team in the United States. You will plan, lead, and execute implementation initiatives, manage risks, and ensure customer satisfaction while collaborating across departments.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. A Bachelor’s degree and PMP are preferred, and travel is<10%.

Qualifications

• Two years of people and/or project leadership experience.
• Minimum one year of implementation or project management experience.
• Experience working with large teams on deadline-driven projects.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent presentation and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables for assigned projects.
• Develop detailed project plans and manage implementation processes within budget.
• Coordinate complex initiatives from initiation to completion.
• Track progress, manage milestones, and report on outcomes.
