Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Project Manager Process Optimization to partner with Product and Operations on complex product initiatives. You will map processes, prepare teams for launches, and minimize disruptions while enhancing client experience.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of cross-functional PM experience, strong data skills, and the ability to lead collaboration across Sales, Client Services, and Tech Operations. This is a fully remote US position with potential shifts based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of operational process management or PM with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in process mapping with Visio or Mural.
• Analytical thinker with data-driven problem solving.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess operational impact and engage stakeholders to prepare the organization for changes.
• Develop current and future state process maps for new product features.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Client Services, and Tech teams to resolve launch risks.
• Document risks and craft mitigation plans to minimize disruption.
• Maintain documentation of operational concerns and report to leadership.
• Support GTM readiness with operational insights and training support.
