Paylocity, a leading cloud-based HR and payroll solutions provider, is seeking an Implementation Client Consultant for fully remote work in the U.S. You will deploy software for large, complex clients, educate client admins, and support initial payroll processing while driving high retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include onsite planning, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring peers. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in payroll/HR, plus project management experience

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of payroll/HR/benefits administration experience.
• Project Management experience.
• Proven experience in escalations and client retention.
• Outstanding QA track record.
• Proficient in presenting HR data and leading teams.

Aufgaben

• Ensure seamless onboarding for complex clients onsite.
• Assist in prospective client efforts, virtual or on-site.
• Manage onsite client visits and develop tailored agendas.
• Lead onsite planning with stakeholders to determine needs.
• Support Setup and maintenance in Implementation during peak periods.
• Promote integrated implementation across Paylocity products.
• Facilitate data entry from previous payroll providers.
• Maintain SME knowledge of Paylocity HR/Payroll products.
• Deliver training, first payroll support, and retention efforts onsite.
• Identify improvements to procedures to boost retention.
• Create instructional content for clients and end users.
• Attend milestones within the implementation pipeline.
• Mentor and coach peers during onboarding.
