Job summary

Paylocity is a cloud-based HR and payroll software provider seeking a Manager Implementation Ops to lead the PRC team, ensure Paylocity Web Pay product setups meet client SLAs, and drive high-quality customer service. This fully remote role requires availability five days a week.

The position emphasizes management experience, process improvement, and effective training. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with strong Excel and Office skills and comfort with a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, train and mentor the Implementation support staff.
• Ensure consistent policies and procedures across the organization.
• Coordinate with Learning & Development on training needs and gaps.
• Develop and implement employee motivation activities and incentives.
• Handle disciplinary issues and interview/hire candidates.
• Provide constructive feedback to employees and promote continuous improvement.
• Motivate team to reach departmental goals.
• Plan and schedule resources with the Department Director.
