Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Manager Implementation Ops to lead and mentor the PRC team, ensuring Web Pay Products are set up accurately within SLAs. Youre responsible for coaching staff, identifying training needs, and driving client satisfaction through effective issue resolution and staff development.

The role requires 2 years of management experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication. This is a fully remote position within the United States with flexible coordination for designations

Qualifications

• 2 years management experience and team development in a matrix environment.
• Bachelors Degree required; strong math ability and payroll software knowledge.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication and multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with SQL or Crystal Reports is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the implementation support staff to meet SLAs and client expectations.
• Provide coaching, training and feedback to Consultants; drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure policy and process consistency.
• Plan resources with the Department Director and manage hiring and staff development.
