Job summary

Vodori is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to join our team, with a strong focus on customer-facing leadership, executive-level meetings, and delivering multiple implementations, data migrations, and system integrations on time.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Global Implementation and Configuration. A self-starter who can drive early adoption and ensure customer satisfaction while balancing internal dependencies will thrive.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in professional service projects or process consulting engagements.
• Familiarity with business process optimization, workflow, and enterprise content management concepts.
• Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and proficiency in project management.
• Proven ability to effectively prioritize work with strong follow-through on task completion.
• Direct client engagement experience with a track record of delivering high customer satisfaction.
• Ability to run and direct large meetings, juggling multiple stakeholders with competing interests and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of the promotional content approval process or experience in regulated industries (preferred).
• Experience with data cleaning, import, and migration (preferred); intermediate to advanced Excel skills are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of product implementations, including: project planning, requirements capture, testing and delivery, client communication, and launch support.
• Coordinate data migration and integration efforts and manage customer communications.
• Translate complex business requirements into configuration solutions while enforcing best practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor with comprehensive product knowledge to align configurations with client goals.
• Define and adhere to project schedules, managing priorities and mitigating risks.
• Adhere to Vodori's internal processes and methodologies to onboard customers.
• Proactively identify blockers or gaps in customer implementations and escalate appropriately.
