Job summary

Odyssey is seeking an Implementation manager in the United States to own deployment outcomes from kickoff to lifecycle. You’ll partner with state agencies and internal teams—Engineering, Product, Support—to deploy the Odyssey platform for ESA programs and demonstrate clear value to customers from day one.

You’ll develop deployment plans, communicate complex plans simply, lead multi-month implementations, and drive growth and renewal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation or customer success, with hands-on deployment of technology products.
• Experience managing long, complex technical implementation cycles (6+ months).
• Strong leadership and cross-functional alignment skills.
• Excellent communication, translating plans into actionable messaging.

Responsibilities

• Understand deployment elements affecting customers and communicate with internal teams.
• Deploy Odyssey to customers and achieve go-live milestones.
• Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop deployment plans with State stakeholders and Odyssey teams (Engineering, Product, Support).
• Provide technical knowledge of Odyssey’s platform to stakeholders; drive deployment of tech solutions.
• Drive customer growth and adoption, leading to successful renewal.
• Ensure scalable, repeatable deployments without reinventing the wheel.
