Job summary

Vodori is seeking a Solutions Consultant in the United States to lead post-go-live configuration projects and act as the primary owner for customer engagements. You will coordinate with Configuration Specialists, Customer Success Managers, and Support to ensure successful delivery and ongoing value.

The role requires strong project management, client engagement, and Jira proficiency, with experience applying AI to optimize internal workflows and customer deliverables.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in professional services, managed services, process consulting, technical support, or business analytics.
• Familiarity with process optimization, workflow, and enterprise content management concepts.
• Strong detail orientation, organization skills, and project management proficiency.
• Proven ability to prioritize work and drive tasks to completion.
• Direct client engagement with a track record of customer satisfaction.
• Ability to run large meetings with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake and discovery for inbound configuration changes; define scope and billable vs. standard support.
• Act as primary quarterback for post go-live configuration projects and prioritize the execution backlog.
• Facilitate sessions with customers to solution complex workflows and guide best practices.
• Execute programs like regular system upgrades and enable add-on modules such as AI or dashboards.
• Perform QA of configurations and lead UAT with customers prior to deployment.
• Translate customer needs into actionable requirements and project plans.
• Navigate dependencies and risks to maximize timely delivery and platform value.
• Define and adhere to project schedules amidst competing priorities.
