Job summary

Vodori seeks a Senior Solutions Consultant to lead post go-live configuration projects, ensuring successful delivery of customer requests, system upgrades, and add-on implementations. You will act as the primary owner for complex engagements, translating needs into actionable plans while coordinating across Configuration Specialists, Customer Success, and Support teams.

The role requires strong project management, client engagement, and deep knowledge of SaaS deployments in life sciences.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience in professional services, managed services, process consulting, technical support, or a business analyst engagements.
• Familiarity with business process optimization, workflow, and enterprise content management concepts.
• Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and proficiency in project management.
• Proven ability to effectively prioritize work with strong follow-through on task completion.
• Direct client engagement experience with a track record of delivering high customer satisfaction.
• Ability to run and direct large meetings, juggling multiple stakeholders with competing interests and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience applying generative AI to enhance internal workflows and customer deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake and discovery for inbound configuration requests, defining scope and identifying standard vs billable services.
• Act as the primary quarterback for post go-live configuration projects, translating needs into technical requirements and prioritizing the backlog.
• Facilitate working sessions and discovery calls to solution complex workflows and guide customers toward best practices.
• Orchestrate repeatable programs like regular system upgrades and enablement of add-ons like AI or dashboards.
• Perform internal QA of configurations and lead UAT with the customer before deployment.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of specialized workstreams including data migrations and system integrations.
• Oversee training for live customers and maintain the training hub.
• Translate customer needs into actionable requirements and comprehensive project plans.
• Navigate internal dependencies and competing priorities to maximize platform value.
• Define and adhere to project schedules and manage risks.
